The Meteor'88 is a low top sneaker inspired by the concept of retro-future. It celebrates the late 80’s vision of the future, combining both retro and modern design details. It is handcrafted from contrasting panels of premium leather and/or suede, a rubber cupsole and soft terry cotton or polyester lining. Pick your preferred colorway or customize your own pair. A clean and crisp white and powder pink sneaker, versatile and stylish. All the leathers used in our custom shoes are gold and silver rated by the Leather Working Group and adherent to the Leather Standard by OEKO-TEX®.

All of our products are made to order in a craft workshop in Portugal. After your order is processed, we try our best to dispatch them within 15 days and we will keep you informed about the entire process, from order to delivery.

Care:
Plain Leather: Apply a thin layer of leather balm and once it’s dry, gently brush to keep the finish of the leather always in good conditions. Opt for softer hog bristles to make sure you don’t damage your sneakers. A leather protector spray is also an option to consider.
Suede: Use a brush to gently remove any dirt or dust. Brush in the direction of the fabric’s grain to avoid damaging it. Dry stains can be removed by using a white or brown gum eraser. If it doesn't work we advise you to visit your local cobbler and get additional advice.
Nubuck: Nubuck cloths are the best option to remove dirt and shiny spots. Wipe in several directions using circular motions and make sure you cover the entire nap area.
Rubber Soles: Clean the dirt with a dampened cloth and carefully soak the sole in a mixture of water and dishwashing soap. Make sure you don’t soak the upper part! Use a toothbrush with the mixture to scrub your soles. Once it’s done, dry the sneakers using a cloth.

My name is Viviana, I am 17 years old, and what I value most in life are my ideals, my family, and my friends. My strengths are being empathetic, understanding, and agile, and I am always there for the people who matter most to me. The areas I need to improve on are communication, since I can be a bit reserved, and organization. Recently, I discovered that my dream is to become a primary school teacher. I want children to build good memories with me, to see me as someone who inspires them, and to know that they can always come to me for help. Another dream of mine, a lighter one, would be to open a themed café where people could experience unique environments and foods that go beyond the ordinary — both in terms of the menu and the café’s aesthetic. I chose this sneaker model because I think that, besides being extremely comfortable and practical for everyday use, it also has that stylish “touch.” As for the colors, they were inspired by the movie *“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,”* where the main character wears similar sneakers. In the film, anyone can be a superhero, regardless of their traits or talents. In that sense, both the sneakers and Spider-Man’s qualities are versatile and inclusive, which makes the sneakers adaptable to everyone.|section-left||section-right|
