Due to the personalized nature of custom-made sneakers, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initial Inspection

    Inspect your sneakers immediately upon arrival and document any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our team within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order to receive a Return Authorization.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the sneakers back in their original box and use a secondary outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Shipment

    Send the package back using a tracked service. Once received and inspected, we will process your repair or replacement.
